About

I am a psychologist and systemic therapist with a bachelor's and master's degree in psychology, as well as completed advanced training in systemic therapy at the HSI Institute in Heidelberg. My therapeutic qualifications are certified by the DGSF (German Association for Systemic Therapy, Counseling, and Family Therapy).
My main job is as a coach at Youth & Work in Luxembourg, where I support young people on their career paths. In this role, I assist them during transitions, with career guidance, personal challenges, self-esteem issues, motivation, and individual development processes.
In addition, I work freelance as a partner at Spring Health and offer psychological support and systemic therapy for adults in my own online practice. I work in German and English.
I am currently deepening my professional specialization in the field of neurodiversity, particularly regarding ADHD, autism, and AuDHD in adulthood. It is important to me to understand individual patterns of thinking, perception, and behavior in a nuanced way and to develop practical strategies for everyday life together.
Through my experiences in sports, yoga and health-related topics, I have also developed a holistic view of the interplay between body, mind, stress and personal development.
In my German-language book Beyond the Horizon (link to the book page),
I deal with personal development, changing perspectives, and the question of how people can grow beyond familiar patterns of thinking and acting.
My working style is respectful, clear, and resource-oriented. I value a safe environment, professional boundaries, and collaboration on equal terms.
