About

I am a systemic therapist and organisational psychologist with a strong interest in sports and health. My athletic journey began with intensive fitness and strength training, as well as competing in rowing and lacrosse at university level in England. These experiences deepened my understanding of physical fitness and the importance of a balanced diet, particularly regarding micro- and macronutrients.
In addition to my sports expertise, I have also delved deeply into medical and health-related topics, broadening my perspective on holistic health in both sports and personal development.
My current interest lies in yoga, which I am discovering as a new field in my life. Yoga offers a unique combination of physical fitness and mental relaxation. I have completed a 500-hour yoga teacher training course (accredited by the Yoga Alliance) and am currently continuing my education with an additional course in trauma-sensitive yoga, as well as yoga for depression and anxiety.
After moving to Germany in 2019, I initially gained experience in external recruitment before specialising in psychosocial counselling and coaching. My work includes supporting people with disabilities in asserting their rights, collaborating with public authorities and specialised therapists, and providing advice on social law and professional inclusion.
Since early 2025, I have completed my training as a systemic therapist at the HSI Institute in Heidelberg and am officially certified by the DGSF. This training focused on applying psychological and artistic methods to promote individual development and mental health. I work in both German and English, supporting people with professional, health, and psychological matters.
Since March 2025, I have been living in Luxembourg and working in my new role at Youth & Work as a coach for young people. I am very happy to embark on this new chapter and look forward to guiding and empowering young people on their path.
One of my greatest goal is to help people unlock their potential and live a fulfilling life. These beliefs and experiences are also reflected in my german (yet to be translated) book “Beyond the Horizon” (link to book).
